死神，很多人以为他拿着镰刀，面目狰狞，甚至有人以为他有一本笔记本，决定人的生死…但有否想过，死神，可能只是一些普通人，他们没有法力，与你我无异，他们只是一群人，一个机构，默默地在执行着死亡任务。 香港分公司的主理人苏丽珍（郭羡妮饰），手下有三名经理，分别是彭森（栢天男饰）、心儿（刘心悠饰）、宝玲（袁绮雯饰）。原来代理公司所执行的任务，是产生连锁效应的死亡事件，从而平衡人口。与此同时，在任已久的苏丽珍宣布辞职，彭森、心儿和宝玲等人各自为着个人理由而对主理人之位虎视眈眈之际，同时有几位新任执行员加入，却都带着不为人知的目的，一场明争暗斗似乎要展开。然而众人都不知道，其实自己已身陷于一个能触发无数个时空改变的情形…。郭雷的哥哥郭震假冒郭雷，到未婚妻何婷婷家求亲，前来寻找失踪的弟弟。可是却遇上了一系列的怪事。先是何家老爷悔婚，然后是后院闹鬼。当何婷婷疯了的真相曝光后，何家的每一个人都给了郭震一个不同的解释，何家的每一个人都想要暗算郭震，郭震身在迷剧中，最终选择了离开何家。 何继安私通大哥小妾，残杀兄嫂侄女，霸占家产的阴谋终于得逞。就在何继安大肆庆祝的时候，郭震突然带着装疯的何婷婷返回，每个人都在演戏。最终，恶人得到应有的惩罚。。Greece, in the 1920's, is occupied by the Turks. The country is in turmoil with entire villages uprooted. The site of the movie is a Greek village that conducts a passion play each year. The leading citizens of the town, under the auspices of the Patriarch, choose those that will play the parts in the Passion. A stuttering shepherd is chosen to play Jesus. The town butcher (who wanted to be Jesus) is chosen as Judas. The town prostitute is chosen as Mary Magdalene. The rest of the disciples are also chosen. As the movie unfolds, the Passion Play becomes a reality. A group of villagers, uprooted by the war and impoverished, arrive at the village led by their priest. The wealthier citizens of the town want nothing with these people and manipulate a massacre. In the context of the 1920's each of the characters plays out their biblical role in actuality.。
