《有话非要说》是综艺版“解忧杂货店”，孟非、尉迟琳嘉、王琳为各位素人答疑解惑。节目分为访谈环节、脱口秀环节两部分：访谈环节由两个素人带来苦恼故事，脱口秀环节则由“解忧家族”读取苦恼来信，孟非睿智回复，并从中提炼社会上普遍存在的热点话题，给出独到见解。。当一个纪录片摄制组发现通往恐龙世界的神奇大门时，他们遇到并捕获了一只名叫斯派克的小恐龙。他们希望名利双收，于是计划让世人知道斯派克的存在。伊森和麦迪逊这对兄妹以及一些熟悉的面孔必须想出一个计划来拯救斯派克，让他回家，并确保大门的安全。。What if a web cast, LIVE on Halloween, turned out to be a real life survival game?
