本剧改编自同名漫画。“病理”、“产科”、“放射线科”，医院里有18个专家门诊活跃着，其中诞生了第19个新领域，“接诊患者”的专科医生，也就是全科医生。故事中，憧憬着“什么都能治”的医生，已经工作3年的女医生滝野，在细分的专业领域中，在追求各自专业的医生系统中，为理想与现实的差距而烦恼。这时，对患者这种“人类本身”进行诊察、治疗的综合诊疗医生德重晃（松本润饰）出现在滝野面前…。Four stories of ordinary yet colorful people caught in extraordinary situations are cleverly interwoven in this funny, bittersweet portrayal of urban life set during a single night in Romania’s chaotic capital city.
