A TUBA TO CUBA follows New Orleans' famed Preservation Hall Jazz Band as they retrace their musical roots from the storied city of jazz to the shores of Cuba and in turn discover a connection that runs much deeper than could have been imagined.。民国初期，海归医学研究生孙毅诚来到迷雾镇，为当地诊所运送防疫医用物资。不料当天，隔离区、镇上接连遭到了怪物的袭击。为了保护幸存者，孙毅诚、左医生联手合作，成功杀死怪物。而左医生也终于找到了治疗瘟疫的配方，证明瘟疫是病，绝非迷信之人口中的诅咒。。
