民国年间的东北流传着怪谈邪说，老猎人马三爷精通狩猎，通晓驱鬼破邪之术。长白山脚下的黄沟屯邪祟横行，频频发生多起惨案，村民人心惶惶。进山独居十几年的马三爷出山破诡事，调查老林子的秘密。在怪事频发的老林子里，尘封的往事不断被揭开……。『ストライクウィッチーズ』シリーズ待望の新作となる劇場版アニメ『ストライクウィッチーズ Operation Victory Arrow』が始動。“Operation Victory Arrow”（勝利の矢作戦）と名付けられたこの新作戦は、TVシリーズ第2期のオペレーション・マルス終了後から前作劇場版までの期間、各地へと帰還したメンバーたちの活躍を描いた各30分のショートストーリー3部作となっている。この新プロジェクトを記念して、劇場でのイベント上映も決定した。。For Brian Jones, the Rolling Stones were meant to be a blues band, or at least R&B.
