担任儿童节目大哥哥的体操哥哥，但其实是个讨厌工作的社会人，扮演布偶的两名後辈、不知在想什麼的歌唱哥哥，及出道经历不顺的前偶像歌唱姊姊……这些人又会怎麼带领小朋友呢……。ざくざくろによる同名マンガを実写化する本作では、軽度の知的障害と自閉症を持つ上戸有紗と、彼女のアルバイト先の先輩である岡村龍二の恋が描かれる。身の回りのことをうまくこなせない、人間関係が苦手といった障害によるハンデを抱える有紗は、“普通”になれない苦しさに自分自身の価値を見失いかけていた。そんな彼女は、恋人となる龍二の優しさに触れることで、心境が少しずつ変化。そして、龍二も彼女を受け入れる過程で“普通であること”に応じてきた自身の劣等感に向き合っていく。。Monk and his friends arrive in New York to locate the man whom they were told has information about Trudy's murder. When they arrive at the hotel, the Latvian ambassador who is also staying there is killed. Monk saw the killer but only his ear.
